Frequently asked questions
Does it hurt to have braces fitted?
Fitting is comfortable; there may be mild discomfort during the first 2–5 days. We provide recommendations and painkillers if necessary.
How long does treatment take?
It depends on complexity: typically 12 to 36 months. We provide an estimate from the first diagnosis.
Are there aesthetic options?
Yes: tooth-coloured ceramic braces or self-ligating braces that reduce friction and maintenance visits.
